Basketball Concessions at Home Games

Volunteers for this role will work with the Athletics Director and staff to recruit volunteers for specific dates and are not required to attend all events related to it. They will set dates, determine concession items with school staff, and help recruit volunteers in Sign Ups. They will communicate and coordinate the process and procedures with the volunteers signed up.

Bookkeeper for F3-PTO/Booster

We need someone with an accounting or bookkeeping background to assist with managing the F3 accounts. This person would transition into being the treasurer after being trained.  A background check is required.

F3 Communications with Families

Help us get the word out about the great things our parents and guardians can be involved with. These roles can be done online and at school events.

Organize Grocery Store Points and Perks

Help families sign up for grocery story points and other perks for the benefit of CCSMS Scholars!  These roles can be done online and at school events.

Raffle Ticket Sales at Events and Games

Volunteers for this role will work with the Athletics Director and staff to recruit volunteers for specific dates of games and school family nights.  They will set dates, determine lottery ticket pricing and reporting with school staff, and help recruit volunteers in SignUp. They will communicate and coordinate the process and procedures with the volunteers signed up for each event. Deposits will go to the F3 Account.

Restaurant Riptide Family Nights Help

Help recruit local restaurants to host Riptide Family Nights. Volunteers for these roles are not required to attend all events related to it, just help recruit volunteers in Sign Up and coordinate the process and procedures with the volunteers signed up for that date.  We have found it is helpful to have someone there greeting our families at the restaurants, when possible, but it is not required to be the coordinators of this role.

Teacher Appreciation Week in May

Volunteers for this role help brainstorm a theme, come up with events each day, and recruit volunteers to help. This is a hands on role in May.  Volunteer coordinators are not required to attend all events related to it, just help recruit volunteers in Sign Ups and coordinate the process and procedures with the volunteers signed up. It is May 4th to 8th 2026.

Teacher Appreciation during the year.

Help plan for holiday celebrations at Faculty Meetings and other events throughout the year. Decorate tables and set up food. Dates to be determined.

Weekend Youth Basketball Concessions

Volunteers for this role will work with the Athletics Director and staff to recruit volunteers for specific dates and are not required to attend all events related to it. They will set dates, determine concession items with school staff, and help recruit volunteers in Sign Ups. They will communicate and coordinate the process and procedures with the volunteers signed up.

Help restock the teacher workroom.

Come once a month and help restock the teacher workroom with donations from families.
